Ultra VideoDownloader

DMCA Policy

Ultra Video Downloader respects the intellectual property rights of creators. Our tool only processes publicly available links submitted by users — we do not host, store, or index any videos ourselves.

If you believe content made available through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The URL(s) on Ultra Video Downloader where the material appears, if applicable.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to our designated agent at dmca@ultravideodownloader.com. We review valid notices promptly and will restrict processing of the identified links. Repeat infringers' access will be terminated.

Note: because Ultra Video Downloader does not host any files — downloads are fetched from the original platform's servers at the user's request — the most effective remedy for infringing content is also to report it directly to Facebook or Instagram.
